Aspire was founded in 2004 by a group of CIP-certified women committed to impacting the IRB world through industry passion and service excellence. Since then, the company has experienced considerable growth while developing a reputation for distinction, professionalism and integrity.

Our Team

With over three decades of combined IRB experience, we are certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. We're committed to growth, quality research and the ethical protection of human subjects, and it's our deep-rooted desire to build lasting client partnerships through timely, efficient service and quality communication.

The Aspire staff has a skilled understanding of IRB regulations and trends, an extensive list of client relationships—and a passion for accuracy, collaboration and innovation. Each Aspire team member is dedicated to making a difference in humanity through an unwavering obligation to ethical research, and we focus on completing each job without error or duplication.
